SERVICE POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Our scheduled arrival time is an estimate. If we are running early or behind, we will notify you in advance.

  • Please remove all personal belongings and valuables prior to your appointment.

    All loose items and garbage will be placed into a small bag and left in the vehicle

    If you would like the glove box and centre console cleaned, they must be emptied beforehand

    If items remain, those areas will not be cleaned

    Joe’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any lost or missing items

  • If you have access to a water or electrical source, please provide instructions prior to arrival or upon arrival.

    If not, no problem, please let us know prior to the appointment - we can come fully equipped.

  • Please park your vehicle in a safe, accessible location where all doors can be fully opened without obstruction.

    Ideally, we are able to park directly behind your vehicle, but we can adjust positioning if needed.

  • Service time typically ranges depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.

    Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time.

    We will give a timeframe prior to the detail beginning

  • As a mobile service, weather may impact exterior work. We will communicate any delays or rescheduling as early as possible.

  • If you are not present during the service, please leave the key in a secure, agreed-upon location.

    We are not responsible for the vehicle when it is not in our possession.

  • If we arrive and are unable to begin the service due to access issues (vehicle unavailable, locked, unsafe location, etc.), a service fee may apply.

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

    A deposit may be required to rebook.

  • Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the vehicle upon arrival.

    Any additional charges will always be communicated and approved before work begins. There will never be any hidden charges

    Pet hair, heavy staining, or excessive dirt may result in additional charges.

    Vehicles containing biohazards (mold, bodily fluids, etc.) may be refused service.

  • We accept cash, debit, credit, e-transfer, and invoice.

    Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

    Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable interest charge.

  • If you are present, we will complete a final walkaround with you to ensure satisfaction before closing the job.

  • GYEON MOHS EVO is a high-performance ceramic coating designed to provide long-lasting protection, enhanced gloss, and durability for your vehicle’s exterior. When properly maintained, this coating can offer up to three years of protection against environmental contaminants, UV exposure, and everyday wear.

    To ensure optimal performance and longevity, proper aftercare is required. This includes regular washing using safe methods and avoiding automatic or brush car washes, as improper maintenance can reduce the effectiveness and lifespan of the coating.

    This warranty covers the performance of the coating under normal driving conditions, including the retention of hydrophobic properties and resistance to environmental elements. However, it does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance, neglect, automatic car washes, scratches, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals or abnormal environmental conditions.

    Final coating performance and durability may vary depending on vehicle usage and care. Any concerns regarding the coating should be addressed promptly, and periodic maintenance or inspections may be recommended to preserve its performance.

  • To book an appointment you will have to select the “Book an Appointment” button at the top of the screen and fill out the form provided. You will be contacted back via preferred method of contact (can be selected in the form) as soon as possible and we can arrange a day and time.

  • We are based in Brockville and service the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether you are within our service area, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to confirm.

  • Pricing depends on your vehicle’s size, condition, and the level of service you’re looking for. We offer Basic and Full interior detailing, as well as Basic and Full exterior detailing, along with many additional services tailored to your needs. In some cases, additional charges may apply for pet hair, excessive staining, unnatural spills, or excessive garbage. For a quick and accurate quote, simply reach out or book online, we’ll guide you to the best option for your vehicle.

  • The time required depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, as well as the services selected. On average, most details take several hours to complete. Heavily soiled vehicles or more extensive services may require additional time to ensure proper results.

  • Nope! As long as you are within a 15km range of Brockville then there is no charge. After the 15km range we charge $0.73/km as per the CRA in Ontario 2026

  • No, you do not need to be present during the service. As long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys are left in a secure, agreed-upon location, we can complete the detail without you there. We will communicate with you before and after the service to ensure everything is completed to your expectations.

  • Yes, we are fully mobile and come directly to your home or workplace. Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible by bringing everything needed to complete the service at your location.

  • Yes, we come fully equipped with our own water and power. If access is available at your location, we may use it, but it is not required for us to complete the service.

  • Detailing can significantly improve the appearance of your vehicle by reducing the visibility of scratches (paint correction) and removing many stains (full interior detail), but not all imperfections can be completely eliminated. Results will vary depending on the severity and type of damage, and we will always aim to achieve the best possible outcome.

  • This depends on how often the vehicle is used and your personal standards for cleanliness. For most vehicles, a full detail every 6 months - 1 year is recommended.

  • We do offer ongoing maintenance options to help keep your vehicle in top condition after your initial detail. These services are designed to maintain cleanliness and protect your vehicle over time.
